Affiliate Marketing

Monday, June 8th, 2009

Have you ever considered how nice it would be to have an army of websites all promoting your products or services for you? In a nutshell, this is what Affiliate Marketing has the power to do. It works on the principal that you will pay a commission to anyone who owns a website that referred a sale to you. This could be a set amount, a percentage or even a per click value. You can pay whatever you like for whatever action you consider valuable to your business that occurs on your website. For example, if you sell books online (like amazon) you could pay a commission of 5% of the sale value to any website owner who sends a visitor to your website – as long as the visit results in a sale of course. This way everyone’s one happy. The affiliate gets a commission for sending a valuable sale your way and you get another sale.

Our Affiliate Managers have worked in a number of industries helping clients encourage Affiliates (people who own websites that send traffic to yours) to promote their products and services and have a vast amount of expertise in this area. They will walk you through the process of how to set up an Affiliate Marketing campaign and even manage it for you on your behalf to make sure that your affiliates are getting all the help they need to sell more of your products. This could be in the form of creating fresh banner advertisements for them, helping them with sales copy and giving any other useful tips to help your affiliates succeed. When an affiliate succeeds, you succeed.
